Mizzoni's Pizza Newbridge

In all my years on this planet I've never written a review. I would never like to tarnish someone's buisness or livelihood, but what came through my door last night was inedible and went in the bin.
My first time to order from you, we really wanted to try the desserts you had advertised so we got some food too. Unfortunately the dessert was a non runner also!

I would like to hope it was down to a 'busy night' or a 'bad service' but I would encourage you to do better.
I like alot of people work hard for my money and would rather not throw it in the bin.

My husband and I ordered deserts from the restaurant. They called and said they dont do deserts anymore and to get a refund through JustEat. When JustEat wouldn't refund us I called the restaurant. The man who I was speaking to was so apologetic and seny the delivery driver out with a cash refund within 15 minutes. We always order from mizzoni's and the food is always amazing, the service is just as good.

Visited this place recently, was taken back with how kind the staff were and the amazing quality of the food. Was served by a girl called Becca, who seemed lovely and was able to help me in whichever way was necessary. 5 stars for herself and the establishment ⭐️
